We pride ourselves on our delicious vegetarian and vegan wedding food with locally sourced, organic, seasonal produce to ensure that your wedding day is nothing short of amazing.

As such, our menu changes to reflect the freshest produce available throughout the seasons, and can be adapted to suit your needs. We bring a huge amount of experience and our designated events team will assist you in planning and organizing. We work together with you from start to finish, aligning with your vision, and are more than happy to tailor your menu to suit your specific requirements or help to recreate a dish that’s special to you for your wedding.

Weddings

Our catering service covers a wide range of dishes, serving canapes, appetisers, entrees and desserts. We offer a range of dishes, subject to seasonal availability, including some of our most popular dishes from our restaurant, such as our Hendersons Haggis!
Our prices can vary depending on a number of factors, including guest numbers, your menu choices, optional bar service and the wedding location. Please get in touch via email for a personalized quote for your big day!
We are always happy to accommodate guests with specific dietary or allergen requirements, and are very experienced with this type of catering. Our menu contains plenty of gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free options. Please just make sure to let us know of any allergies in advance.
Absolutely, we are happy to offer children options alongside our regular catering menu. Some options can include our vegan macaroni cheese, kids haggis or soup.
We are happy to offer bartending service alongside food catering for an additional fee. We have an experienced team of bartenders and offer a number of different bar services, including our signature Hendersons Cocktails from the restaurant!
We recommend booking our catering services as early as possible to ensure availability. For large events we require at least 4 months notice, and for smaller events, we ask for at least 1 months notice. Unfortunately, due to the busy Christmas and Fringe seasons, we are unable to offer large-scale catering events during August and December.
Yes, included in the price of our wedding package is a food tasting, where you can select a number of options from our catering menu and come along to our Bruntsfield Restaurant to try them. For tastings, you’re welcome to bring along 1-2 guests to enjoy the food and get some extra opinions!
We do not provide equipment directly. Instead, we hire all crockery/cutlery/linen/etc externally from local suppliers with direct delivery to your wedding venue. The price of equipment hire is not included in our suggested wedding packages.
